REBEL NUN – the organic Renegade Monk sister cheese, is bit milder and creamier, and much loved by those in the know, weighs in at 220g.
LA FRESCA MARGARITA – this salted cheese– a queso fresco, light and lemony, can best described as savoury ice-cream. This Best British Cheese, winner of a Virtual Cheese Award, beat 400 cheeses in a blind online tasting and weighs in at approximately 230g.
This one is best eaten fresh, so delivery is timed so cheese is as new as it can be and should be eaten soon after arrival.
GERT LUSH – a relatively new organic, bloomy, white rind cheese, weighs in at approximately 220g.
The Fine Cheese Company’s Cherries, Almonds and Linseed Toast for Cheese OR Peter’s Yard Charcoal & Rye Box of Biscuits are included in the coffer, with tasting notes and pairings.
