GIN KITCHEN – Gutsy Monkey Winter Gin

This full-bodied rich and smooth gin with subtle citrus and complex aromatic highlights was launched in 2016, the year of the monkey. The porcelain bottle features Leonardo the Monkey depicting the botanicals used.

Made with lime zest, ginger, thyme, black peppercorns, allspice, cumin, coriander seed, Croatian juniper berries, and grain spirit.

Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a shard of sweet red pepper, a slapped sage leaf and a twist of lime.

Alternatively, as a Moscow Monkey with a squeeze of lime and ginger beer. Or, as a hot punch with warm apple and pear juice, stirred with a cinnamon stick.
