This freshly cured Trout Gravadlax is available in 2 different pack sizes, small 100g, and large 200g. The small 100g pack is ideal for a starter for one or two and perfect for that special treat. The packs, which can be frozen, should be kept refrigerated and used by the best before date, and if frozen they should be used within 3 months of freezing.
