GIN KITCHEN – Blushing Monkey Pink Gin

A juniper-led but gorgeously floral colour-changing gin with a delightfully sweet, but not too sweet fruity twist. Sweet black grapes are added to Gutsy Monkey gin, and it is left to macerate for 24 hours. Initially translucent, it blushes to a pearlescent pink when a tonic is added.

Made with black grapes, lime zest, ginger, thyme, black peppercorns, allspice, cumin, coriander seed, Croatian juniper, and grain spirit.

Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a raspberry and a twist of lime.

Alternatively, as a Pink Passion: build the following ingredients in a highball glass over ice. 25ml Blushing Monkey, 50ml Passoa, 50ml passion fruit puree, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
