RAMSBURY ESTATE – London Dry Single Estate Gin

Ramsbury Estate Single Estate Gin, with its modern twist on a classic London dry gin, is a rare thing. It’s one of the few single estate gins made in the UK and in the belief, you can’t make great gin without first making great vodka.

Ingredients

The award-winning gin starts its journey on the Ramsbury Estate as Horatio winter wheat. It’s then distilled through a 43-plate copper still that creates the base spirit. Before the spirit is distilled again, botanicals are added, these include juniper picked from Salisbury Plain, citrus, woody angelica, spicy cinnamon, and quince grown on the Ramsbury Estate.

Nose

The Horatio wheat with the floral tones of quince round off a sweet and delicate bouquet.

Palate

The botanicals have created a complex but well-balanced gin with an incredibly smooth texture that combined with the defining botanical, quince, with a touch of spice gives it a moreish and sweet palate
