the high quality Nebbiolo grapes grown in the estates most historic vineyards and age them in French oak barrels for 12 months to produce this grappa. Striking amber colour, with a complex, dainty, round nose with hints of Marasca cherry, forest fruits, cocoa, and vanilla. In the mouth it is a real pleasure to the senses: rich, with great harmony and persistency.
