Honey
If you think honey is just a sweet, sticky syrup then think again. It has been used for thousands of years in cooking, baking, desserts, as a spread on bread, as a sweetener for beverages such as tea, and fermented to create mead, possibly the world’s oldest alcoholic drink. The taste of any honey depends on the flowers the bees used to gather the nectar, which is why there are so many varieties. Below we have collected (pardon the pun) some outstanding examples to excite your taste buds. We're currently working on this page, please click here to return to the Artisan Deli Shop.
