From sweet sherries to ripe ports, these fortified wines are the perfect accompaniment to your after-dinner dessert or cheeseboard, the latter offering many pairing options. Not being suitable for the production process in the UK, Port and Sherry have been imported into the UK for centuries. Port originates from the Douro region of northern Portugal, while sherry comes from what is known as “the Sherry Triangle,” in Spain, both are regions that feature in our portfolio of gastronomy tours.
